Innovation SWAT — faq

Innovation SWAT publishes research and frameworks on innovation capability and AI upskilling. This page answers the questions about the platform itself, then routes you to the full answer for each topic.

About Innovation SWAT

What is Innovation SWAT?

An innovation capability framework and research platform. The iSWAT model breaks innovation work into four roles — Strategist, Wizard, Activator and Technologist — each with concrete hard skills, so that “innovation capability” becomes something you can build and measure rather than something you either have or do not.

Is Innovation SWAT a training company?

No. This site is a research and reference resource. The hands-on training and consulting run through Justin Tsui’s own innovation engines — Artefactx for interdisciplinary corporate innovation and AI leadership, and iSWAT.org for AI Coach powered learning and the Business Building Bootcamp.

Who is behind Innovation SWAT?

Justin Tsui — author of the Innovation SWAT book, with 25 years across design, brand, business and technology, including coaching 45+ technology startups. The frameworks on this site come from that field work rather than from theory.
